Return and REFUND Policy

Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be shipped back to us at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Returned by Customer – Please contact us by email before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

ReFUNDs
Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, these are the steps you can take to check it out:
- Please check your bank balance again, transactions may have been delayed.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 3-5 business days for them to process the credit.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please send us an email at info@alienvampires.eu, and we’ll be more than happy to guide you the return process, if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
